PREAMBLE – WHY

The spiritual practices and wisdom of India’s Sanatan Dharma are a major underlying force that have kept our civilization going, even as it has shown the capacity to include new cultures that have entered over the centuries.

This capacity of self-regeneration and self-animation of Mother India, is Her Bharata Shakti. It is also Her capacity for Unity in Diversity, urgently needed at this time; not just in India but as a model and service for the world.

This spiritual force is gathered and celebrated every four years with the Kumbh Mela. For social, religious and historical reasons, most traditions and lineages to date have been represented by male practitioners.

It is envisioned to now set up a Shakti Kumbh, a gathering of female spiritual practitioners, across the sub-continent’s many religious traditions who can uphold and revitalize the Feminine Principle within and together for regenerating, healing and leading our homes, our communities, our country, our world.

Thus the Shakti Kumbh will empower women to become real changemakers; and all genders to awaken to their innate Shakti thus serving to balance and boost India’s Soul Force and helping Her reach for Her Spiritual Destiny.

HOW

We invite Spiritual Masters, Teachers, Leaders and Mystics representing the female lineages of yogini-rishika-dakini-tantrika-srividya traditions of Bharatvarsha. In the spirit of ‘The Yoga of Collaboration’ we also extend an invitation to practitioners of Sanatan Dharma and those who are initiated and living the Indic traditions.

We are called to work together in the spirit of ‘The Yoga of Collaboration’ to serve Bharat Mata’s spiritual destiny of bringing World Peace through Inner Peace, Human Unity and World Union.

There are Divine Feminine related or Shakti-based classes, courses, dikshas, performances of sacred music, dance, theatre and art.

We actively participate in curated sessions and learn from each unique tradition.

Teachers also bring along their students/followers, so we can amplify the Shakti field together! We aspire to activating and harmonizing the full Spiritual Body of Mother India!

THE EXPECTED OUTCOMES OF SHAKTI KUMBH

*Certified Integral Yogini Teachers to continue the lineages of yogini-rishika-dakini-tantrika-srividya or similar female spiritual traditions of Bharatvarsha
*Daily practice to awaken Shakti within; and specifically for Women’s Health
*Action plan to live consciously for inner peace which leads to peace in our little piece of the world
*Grow in consciousness to discover solutions for all challenges
*To live and lead as Shakti
*Foundation for bi-annual pop-up Integral Yogini Gurukulam that will travel across the country
*Foundation for a permanent home for Integral Yogini Gurukulam / ‘Wisdom’ Shakti Centre envisioned in the North of India
