Dr. Anuradha Choudry

An Alumna from Sri Aurobindo School, Pondicherry, Anuradha is a Coordinator for the Indian Knowledge Systems Division of the Ministry of Education at AICTE, N.Delhi, a Faculty at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, and a Member of the Rekhi Centre of Excellence for the Science of Happiness at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. A multilingual Sanskritist, she works in the areas of Indian/Yoga Psychology, Philosophy and Culture and is a resource person for national and international organisations. A recipient of the Excellent Young Teacher’s Award at IIT Kharagpur in 2019, she has co-edited and co-authored Perspectives on Indian Psychology and Happiness: Indic Perspectives with Dr. Vinayachandra B. K, Director, Indica Yoga.

Anuradha Ramesh a.k.a Usha has dedicated the last two decades of her life to the field of Consciousness Science, energy work, and ancestral healing. Her core area of work - Transgenerational Healing, where, she identifies and helps dissolve energy entanglements in family systems up to 7 generations back. She is also the creator of the Self-Mastery Project, a year-long system of inner work that aims to empower people on their own life journeys.

Dena is a long-time meditation practitioner in the lineage of Kriya Yoga. She came in contact with her guru Paramhansa Yogananda at the age of 20, long after he had left his physical form, and devoted many years to practicing his teachings and studying the texts of the ancient Vedic tradition. Different and vivid memories of past lives during her years of meditation have become the subject of her books. Her books help people see the long arch of their life and overcome fear and anxiety about death by understanding more fully the workings of cause and effect and help them create the blueprint for their future.

Prof. Dr. Madhu Khanna is an author, eminent scholar of Shakta-Tantra, a scholar-practitioner, and a visionary. She is an alumnus where she received her Ph.D. in Hindu Shaktra Tantra with special reference to the Kashmirian. She is the founding member and Chairperson of The Tantra Foundation, New Delhi and the Centre for Indic and Agamic Studies in Asia (CIASA), the academic wing of the Tantra Foundation. She has recently been nominated to the Academic Council of Nalanda University, India. She has authored/ edited eight books, two of which have been translated into German, French, Dutch, Italian and Korean.

Dr. Mani Rao is a scholar of religious studies and the author of Living Mantra: Mantra, Deities and Visionary Experience Today (Palgrave Macmillan, 2019), and critically-acclaimed translations of Bhagavad Gita and Kalidasa for the 21st Century Reader. Mataji Paramahamsa Shivananda

Mataji Paramahamsa Shivananda Puri began to do sadhana at a very young age. She took sanyasa and served as the “Adhyatmika Praneta” of an ashram in Telangana for fourteen years. Here, she guided many in yogasanas, kriyas and sadhana, and did daily homas and pujas, and gave mantra-diksha to aspiring seekers. In 2019, she moved to Varanasi to dive deeper into sadhana including extended periods of maunam. Next, as per Mother’s instructions, she plans to carry forward the legacy of rishikas and establish a spiritual “Tapasthali” in Srisailam for committed practitioners.

Mona Verma is an award-winning author of 8 works of fiction and over a dozen anthologies. Mukta Mudgal is a trained & certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and is also Registered Naturotherapy Practitioner in Canada. She has been practicing self care and healing for more than 15 years and has helped many to do the same in Canada and in the US. She is trained in Marma science with Dr. Vasant Lad, in New Mexico, USA. Mukta has spent many years studying "Sri Vidhya" through Raja Choudhury, Guru Karunamai and Devi Puram. Dr. Neela Bhattacharya Saxena is a Professor of English and Women’s and Gender Studies at Nassau Community College, NY. Nilima Bhat is a leader in the fields of Personal Mastery, Leadership, Gender Equality and Wellbeing. Parvathy Baul is a practitioner, performer and teacher of the Baul tradition from Bengal, India. Parvathy’s performance work emerges from a long lineage of master Baul singers, dancers, and spiritual teachers. Having studied closely with two of the most respected Baul singer-gurus of the previous generation, Sri Sanatan Das Thakur Baul and Sri Shashanko Goshai, she was recognized by her teachers as both a musical and spiritual teacher in the Baul tradition, carrying forward their spiritual legacy and has performed in over forty countries across the world.

Priyadarshini Ghosh is an accomplished Indian classical and contemporary dancer, choreographer, and a dance scholar.

Trained in both Bharatha Natyam and Mohini Attam, with specialization in Mohini Attam, she has also trained in Seraikella Chhau and is proficient in Yoga. She is currently practicing principles of Kudiyattam, researching the mindful and contemplative aspects of performance, as a system of Yoga, evaluating Kudiyattam and Mohiniyattam.

Priyadarshini holds an M.A. in Dance, and has registered for PhD. She received the Nehru Fulbright Fellowship 2015-16, teaching at Brown University, Theatre Arts and Performance Studies as a visiting faculty.

SADHVI BHAGAWATI SARASWATI, PhD is a renowned spiritual leader, author and motivational speaker based in Rishikesh, India. Ms. Rama Kandarpa is a Civil engineer by qualification but a development practitioner by experience. Rekha Govindan Kurup is a Feminist Yogini, Women-Centered Spirituality Coach and Social Artivist. She is practitioner and teacher of yoga, pranayama, breath-work through the Art of Living Foundation. Dr. Sampadananda Mishra is working now as the Director, Center for Human Sciences, Rishihood University and teaches at the Rashtram School of Public Leadership, Rishihood University, Sonipat. He also teaches graduate and postgraduate students at Sri Sri University, Odisha and is currently conducting a three semester course on Sanatan Dharma at the Hindu University of America, USA. Sanatan Chakravarty started his sadhana into Indian classical arts at a very young age by the encouragement of his father. From an early age he trained under various disciplines ranging from martial arts and gymnastics from Master Shyam Singh Meitei of Manipur, Tabla under Guru Datta Yande, Pt. Nayan Ghosh and Padmavibhushan Nikhil Ghosh at Sangit Mahabharati. He continued his education in Indian vocal singing under Smt. Prem Vasant, Padma Wadkar and Shri Suresh Wadkar at their school AJIVASAN. Sanatan’s dance Sadhana started with training in Odissi under Guru Rabindra Atibudhi, under whom he trained for 8 years at UIDMAI. After this he trained under Guru Jhelum Paranjape at Smitalay. Under Guru Jhelum’s direction, he went to further his dance training under Padmavibhushan Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra, at Srjan, Bhubaneswar, where he also obtained training from Guru Ratikanta Mohpatra and Smt Sujata Mohapatra, under whom he continues to train.
He currently is a research scholar at Mumbai University.

Sheetal Jayaraj is a yoga practitioner and a teacher. She sees herself as a receptacle for the learnings that the sadhana brings about and as a channel for sharing these with other seekers.

Yoga came into her life early in the form of asana. At the age of 10, at her home in Kerala, the family had an experienced Yoga teacher initiate them into the practice. Adding to this was the family's deep connect with moon rituals. The seed was sown and truly started blossoming much later in life.She left a design career behind to pursue the yoga path. She now facilitates asana & pranayama sessions, chakra workshops and moon rituals/practices.

Sowmya Ayyar is a yoga therapist and researcher, coming from a lineage of women of power and grace. She has been trained in multiple other healing modalities, invoking these to develop the Divine Shakti within. Uma-Parvathinath has spent decades in Sadhana (meditation and spiritual practice) learning and teaching the ancient philosophical and yoga systems of India. She is a direct and close disciple of Shri Amritanandanatha one of the eminent Shri Vidya Master of modern times. She has also been tutored by some of the reclusive and revered masters of Shri Vidya and the Vedantic tradition. Born in India into a Vedic and Brahmin family, Uma-parvathi has dedicated her lifetime to the practice and preservation of Shri Vidya and Vedantic teachings. She has trained in three authentic and traditional streams within Shri Vidya and Vedanta and is a lineage holder and authorized teacher of Shri Vidya.

Vivechana is an artist, designer and a publisher, exploring the world of mandalas, sacred geometry and symbols for over 15 years. She has delved deeply into the archetypal meaning of symbols across cultures and now enjoys sharing the same through her art and the workshops she facilitates through her company Soulscapes

Her professional career includes working as a Creative Director for one of India’s largest printing press, heading AuroPublications – the publications division of Sri Aurobindo Society and setting up a high-end multi-functional store – “AURA” that offers aesthetic handcrafted lifestyle products, a travel desk, cafe and event cum gallery space for the Auroservice Trust in Pondicherry. 

Zia Nath is an international performer and teacher of ancient Sacred Dances of India & Central Asia (specialising in Gurdjieff Movements, Sufi Whirling & Indian temple dances.) Zia has been devoted to the path of sacred dance as her spiritual practice for more than two decades and continues to be inspired by it.

With her background in paramedical & somatic oriented healthcare, Zia engages the diversity of her work – the science of therapeutics and the spirituality of ancient sacred arts, offering transformative sessions, trainings and programs.
